What is Mevlana Exchange Program?

As stated in the Mevlana Booklet prepared by the Council of Higher Education; "Mevlana Exchange Program is a program which aims the exchange of students and academic staff between the domestic higher education institutions and higher education institutions abroad."

Through this program, university departments under the Council of Higher Education can sign bilateral protocols with higher education institutions around the world.
