Being the only application and research center with international stature on karst established within Turkish universities, UKAM has been carrying out activities oriented towards science, technology, and national development at an international level since its establishment. In line with its founding goals, UKAM collaborates with domestic and international institutions as well as industry, where units offering undergraduate and graduate education in Hydrogeological Engineering and Karst Hydrogeology conduct fundamental and applied research within the university or wherever required.
